Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All our items on our website will be delivered anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $35.00

We ship items in stock the same business day and special order units in 14 days.

If you are from another country please email us at sales@xceleratorvehiclebrokers.com for a postage quote.

Returns

We do not accept "change of mind returns" or returns on special order units.

You may return the item to us within 30 days of the date you received it. The return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the refund on your returned item.

Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means you have not used or damaged any of the items. Please return items secured in their original packaging.

After we have received your item and confirmed it is in ‘as-new’ condition, we will issue you with a refund or store credit of the purchase price less the initial delivery fees. If you have purchased an item using a free shipping item we will deduct the actual shipping cost to us from your refund. If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then we will not accept your product for return.

There will be a non refundable cancellation fee on any bank fees and postage.  Please check with us before placing your order.
